Our internship programs provide youth with supportive, hands-on work experience that fosters a sense of self-efficacy and an orientation towards civic service. By engaging with creative projects, interns learn how to work together to solve problems creatively. Our work is deep and intentional, and has ripple effects beyond just the youth in our programs.
